The name “Hiba,” which means “gift” in Arabic, reflects our mission to share the blessings bestowed upon us with those who are less fortunate. Our foundation was established in 2023 in Melbourne, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of underprivileged individuals in Pakistan, regardless of their race, religion, ethnicity, age, or gender.

Our Mission

Our mission is to alleviate poverty and enhance the quality of life for the underprivileged through education, nutrition, and support. We aim to empower individuals and families by providing them with the resources they need to thrive. Our initiatives are designed to foster self-sufficiency and dignity among those we serve.

Our Journey

The inspiration for Hiba Foundation Australia came from heartfelt discussions between our founder and mentors in Pakistan, who highlighted the alarming rise in inflation and its impact on families struggling to afford basic education for their children. In response, we launched a fully-funded educational scholarship program in 2023, successfully sponsoring 148 children in our inaugural year.

Our Programs

Our commitment extends beyond education. We have initiated several vital programs, including:

• Monthly Food Deliveries: We provide essential groceries to orphans, widows, and individuals facing terminal illnesses who are unable to work.
• Support for the Elderly: Our foundation oversees the needs of an elderly care center, ensuring that homeless seniors receive the care and support they deserve.
• Business Startup Sponsorships: We offer assistance to unemployed individuals looking to start their own businesses, helping them become self-reliant and contribute to their communities.

Our Values
